• Firstly you need to browse the Excel Plumbing Supplies Direct website and decide what you wish to purchase.
• You then need to click on the buy button. This will place it in your shopping Basket
• From here you can either continue to shop or go to the checkout stages. For this you need to click the checkout button within the basket (is located on the right hand side of the site just underneath the tabs)
• You will then be taken to a login page where you can go if you have previously purchased items from Excel Plumbing Supplies Direct. Please complete the necessary fields and click login. Alternatively you can create an account by clicking on the New Customer tab filling out the required fields and clicking register.
• Once you have logged in or registered you will be taken to the Billing and Delivery Page. Please check the delivery cost and enter any offer code you have. Please then click on the Proceed to confirmation button to confirm your order
• By Clicking the Confirm to order you will then be able to Confirm and Pay your order with Exce, Plumbing Supplies Direct.
• Click the Confirm and Pay button to confirm your order with Westwave Bathrooms. You will then be taken to the payment screen
• You will need to follow the on screen instructions and complete the transaction
• Once completed you will be taken back to the Excel Plumbing Supplies Direct website
