These terms and conditions and all transactions relating to this website are governed by English law and are subject to the non–exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts. We do not accept amendments to these terms and conditions.

Price, Payment and Security
All prices and charges shown on this site are in UK pounds sterling. They include any VAT payable, but exclude delivery charges.
The total cost of your order will be the price of the products you order, plus any applicable delivery charge. This will be set out clearly in your Shopping Basket before you submit your order.
Prices, offers and products are subject to availability and may change before (but not after) we accept your order. If something becomes unavailable, we may offer you an alternative but will contact you prior to dispatch.
We try very hard to ensure that all information on this site is accurate. However, just occasionally, an error can occur. If we discover an error in the price or description of a product you have ordered, we will tell you and ask you whether you wish to continue with your order or cancel it.
We accept payment by MasterCard, Visa, Delta, Switch, and Solo but not Amex. Payment is deducted when we process your order. Security is 100% assured with PROTX security. payment service.

No warranty or condition that the goods shall accord with such illustration or description is to be implied and any warranty of condition capable of arising is excluded. No representation or warranty is given as to the suitability or fitness of the goods supplied for any particular purpose and the customer shall satisfy him or herself in this respect and shall be totally responsible therefore. Design of goods are subject to alteration without notice.
Returns and Cancellation Policy
Returns
All goods must be checked and signed for by the customer or his/her agent on delivery. Such goods must be examined on delivery to check that they are not damaged or faulty. Where an item appears to be damaged or faulty, you must inform us immediately by emailing support@excelplumbingsupplies.com
If the product is damaged or has missing or faulty parts then we will offer a full refund or replacement provided we are made aware of this within 7 days days of delivery.
Once a damaged or apparently faulty product is installed we cannot replace it or make a refund. For faults or defects revealed after installation please contact the manufacturer direct.
You may withdraw from this agreement at any time up to 7 days after we have delivered the goods to you providing you have not used them and have kept them in new condition. You must return the goods to us or request us to collect them, in either case at your cost.
The goods must be returned to us in new condition, with the original undamaged packaging. If any damage occurs during return transit, the customer is responsible in full and a refund will not be given. The total amount to be refunded will be the price paid less the original delivery charge.
If you wish to return the goods more than 7 days after we have delivered them to you, this would be at our discretion and up to a maximum of 28 days after such delivery. You must not have used the goods and must have kept them in new condition. You must return them to us or request us to collect them, in either case at your cost. The goods should be returned with their original undamaged box, packing and accessories There will be an administration charge of up to 20% of the purchase price of the goods returned. We will reimburse any amounts you have paid to us within 28 days of the return of the goods, having deducted any return costs and administration fee if applicable. Please post returns to the Excel address.
This returns policy does not affect your statutory rights.
Cancellation of Orders
You are able to cancel your order prior to the goods being picked in the Excel warehouse for delivery, with no cost penalty being incurred and full credit of the amount paid via the payment method used. You can cancel an order by emailing support@excelplumbing.com
Delivery Information
Delivery
Delivery can be to any address on the UK mainland as long as the address at which your payment card is registered is also present on your order. Delivery is free of charge on orders value £50 and above. A delivery charge of £4.99 is made on orders value under £50. All deliveries must be signed for (except items sent by post and which are small enough to be put through your letterbox). Please make sure you keep the receipt enclosed with your goods.
When you add products to your Shopping Basket, the appropriate delivery charge will be added automatically. You will always be able to see this charge before submitting your order.
All delivery timescales are subject to product and delivery slot availability. Small parcels may be delivered via Royal Mail. Delivery may take up to seven working days subject to availability.
Delivery will normally be between the hours of 7am and 6pm; we are unable to confirm a time.
Whilst every reasonable effort shall be made to keep to any delivery date, time of delivery shall not be of the essence and the company shall not be liable for any losses, costs, damages or expenses incurred by the customer or any other person or company arising directly or indirectly out of any failure to meet any estimated delivery date. The risk in the goods shall pass from the company to the customer upon delivery of such goods to the customer.
Delivery can only be made along public or made up private roads where normal vehicular access is available. If the delivery is to a communal building e.g. a block of flats, the carrier drivers will not carry heavy loads on their own. Customer identification will be needed before leaving the goods.
We do not deliver to Post Office (P.O.) boxes or shipping agent addresses
Deliveries will be attempted at your chosen address on one of the following days if the first delivery was unsuccessful. If your delivery was unsuccessful on the second attempt then a card will be left at your address allowing you to contact the delivery service and arrange a collection, you may pay an extra £4.00 for a third attempt on delivery. If you cannot collect your goods within 5 days or have not paid for the re-delivery then it will be returned to Excel. The original payment for all undelivered goods finally returned to Excel will be refunded via the method of payment used, subject to a £9 deduction in respect of the charge for the unsuccessful attempted deliveries.
Liability
Excel cannot accept liability for any direct or indirect loss arising from delays caused by fire, flood, loss, Government action or regulation, delay in transit, suppliers’ delivery or from any other cause beyond our control. Excel shall not be liable for any consequential loss suffered by the customer or any third party in respect of the goods supplied.
The undertakings implied by the Sale of Goods Act 1979, the Sale of Goods and Services Act 1982 and the Consumer Protection Act 1987 are not excluded and customers’ statutory rights are not affected
